I am located at 106 Tippy Road in Carterville, Illinois.  You can contact me by phone at 618-985-3406.  I am the only person in my office so If i am with a patient I will not be able to answer the phone.  Please leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible.  As I enjoy my down time, I will not answer the phone on my days off but will call as soon as I reach my office on the following day.  Messages left over the weekend will be returned on Monday.
